The freshmen contingent begins with Berry, a 5-9 outside hitter that was groomed by a pair of former NCAA Division I standouts in Cynthia Yarotsky (Sam Houston State) and Lindsey Loyd (UNO), who both rank amongst their alma mater’s offensive statistical leaders.

“Brionne is a monster when it comes to blocking,” said Young. “She stands at 6-1 and she uses her height very well on defense.”
