Nose Dive goes green with 'Wine on tap'

A new trend in wine service, wine on tap is a green method to offer wine while eliminating the potential for spoiled wines. The barrels used to ship the wine are reusable and hold the equivalent of 26 bottles ¨C about 108 glasses. By cutting out the bottles, shipping costs are less and the carbon footprint of wine distribution goes down.
